First UK Conference. Vascular and radiological experts gathered together with people most concerned to see treatment of this condition. Although already freely available in Kuwait, this intervention is not offered by UK NHS as research has yet to be carried out in this country.  With this conference, we hope to address all issues and promote research by appropriate medical specialists.

Proceedings on Friday 29th were scheduled for medical professionals, who met to discuss the way forward not only for this country but also for the international medical community.

On the Saturday the press, people with CCSVI and their families and any other interested parties heard a presentation by the panel led by the eminent Dr Mark Haacke, a world-leader in developing advanced magnetic resonance imaging technologies and protocols for CCSVI Diagnosis,

Dr Haacke’s report on the doctors’ conclusions was followed by the opportunity for the audience to have questions answered.

:  the press, people affected by CCSVI, people affected by Multiple Sclerosis, medical students and research establishments.
